CAA invites you to join us for an exclusive evening of elevated local cuisine featuring premium cuts and inspired ingredients. This is a unique opportunity to learn about and connect with the agriculture community, while indulging in a delicious seven-course meal prepared by Chef JJ at Harwigs. The ingredients used in the meal are all sourced from CAA producers located across the Yampa Valley. During the dinner, you will have the pleasure of enjoying a welcome cocktail and will hear from a producer about their experiences and insights in farming or ranching.
